Rose's 5th Birthday

Our Rosebud was so excited to turn 5.  I don't know why since this means she will be going to school in a just a few months:-(  Those darn kids always want to grow up!

Rose woke up bright and early for you guessed it-- presents.  She didn't want to wait all day to open those babies up.

Seriously she is so cute!

She wanted to open her brothers present right away!  Which meant before they headed off to school for the day.

Look at that face, so priceless!  She loved the jewelry they gave her.

When Ginger woke-up Rose was ready for the next round of presents; dress up clothes.

So sweet!

Decked out in her birthday goods.  She also got a DS game.

Then we went to Chuck E Cheese for her party with her friends.

Ginger was pretty happy to attend!

Rose spent most of time hanging with James.  Her birthday buddy, they have the same birthday.

Chuck E came out to visit the birthday kids!

They got special crowns and to dance around.

After Darin and Nathan got home from school we surprised Rose with Kites.

It was such a beautiful, cool, breezy day.

Ginger loved the kites too.

We are so lucky to have brothers to run down the street to launch these suckers.

Especially because they would hand the reins over to the girls after it was finally up in the air.

We do have sweet brothers!  Handsome Nathan.

While I finished up dinner Rose went up to her room and dove into some of the fun craft kits she got from her friends.

Oh, how I love this sweet girl.  She has been such a joy to have in our lives.

Then it was time for Lola and Papa's present

She loved her Princess pajamas.

And her pretty dress.  Lola knows just how to shop for our girly-girl!
